A Little Bit About Xengo

Xengo Internet Ltd was formed in the summer of 2008 by Justin Bingley and Kevin Austin. Our goal is to provide world-class service for the provision of web hosting accounts, and to provide the 'wow' factor for all web design projects. Both Justin and Kevin have many years' experience in customer-focused environments, and their philosophy regarding customer service is part of Xengo's culture.

Managing Director
"Life for me on the internet started around 1999, before then it was the big unknown like the BBC computer that 400 kids shared at school that I never saw. I have a background of sales and customer service and could never see how the 2 would collate. Since then attitudes and times have changed as well as my own; I took over a small IT company in 2004 and turned it around, the company has survived the current economics and continues to grow. That accelerated my interest and knowledge of the internet and my ultimate goal of creating something spectacular is being realised with Xengo. The ultimate goal is customer satisfaction for me, without it we don't exist let alone excel. Hands on always, what can we do for you?"

I've been a user of the world-wide web for almost 20 years now. I can remember first playing around with baud rates back in the early 90's to speak with people all over the world on my old Amstrad CPC 464. Towards the end of the twentieth century is when I took a bigger interest in the internet, as well as the technology that provided people to communicate over this medium. By 2001 I was interested in web development and so after buying a couple of books on HTML I set to work on my first web site. Part of this process including purchasing web hosting. Back then I used a company which was popular with the UK hosting market. Everything was fine, until I needed support - it took forever to get a reply! After a year or so of my web site being unavailable at various times as well as the lack of support when I needed it I decided to set up my own web server and invited friends, family and colleagues to share the cost. It turned out that what I was doing was appreciated by everybody else, so something that started off as a hobby ended up with a Limited company being formed and almost 2,500 satisfied clients. That company sold back in 2007. I'm delighted to be part of Xengo - the company is more interested in the end-user experience than anything else, so if you are already a customer or considering signing up for a hosting package you'll see that we really do offer a great service without any of the hassle that you may have received from other providers.
